Pam is a strategic HR leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, developing and implementing HR strategies, and driving business results. She is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and well-being. Her expertise includes talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and organizational development. Pam holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
