Our Neurology Services
Neurologic Exam – Through a detailed, hands-on assessment, we will identify the location of the problem, consider possible causes, and discuss next steps with you.
Spinal Surgery – When surgery is the best option, our team performs advanced procedures to relieve pressure on the spinal cord, repair injuries, and restore function.
MRI – Using high-resolution Magnetic Resonance Imaging, we can view detailed images of the brain and spinal cord to help confirm a diagnosis and guide treatment. ECVMC is the first and only location to offer MRI capabilities in Wilmington.
Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) Analysis – By collecting and analyzing a small sample of the fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord, we can detect infection, inflammation, or cancer affecting the nervous system.
