Lauren serves as the Client Resource Specialist, bringing a compassionate, solution-focused approach to helping clients navigate the financial challenges of veterinary care. Originally pursuing a clinical path within veterinary medicine, Lauren identified a critical gap in access to care, shifting her focus toward connecting clients with meaningful financial resources and support systems and ensuring pets receive the care they need when it matters most.

In her role, Lauren guides clients through available options and helps ease what can often be an overwhelming process. She is passionate about community education and support services, believing that empowering pet owners with knowledge and resources is key to improving patient outcomes that benefit both pets and their families.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys playing video games, reading, visiting AZA-accredited zoos, and traveling. She is also a proud mother to four (and counting) fur children, with a household where love, chaos, and shedding coexist
