DVM, DACVIM (Oncology)
Dr. Karri Miller
Dr. Karri Miller earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida. Following veterinary school, she completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Texas A&M University and an oncology internship at Regional Veterinary Referral Center outside of Washington DC. Dr. Miller then returned to the University of Florida to complete a Masters degree in veterinary science with a focus on oncology and an oncology residency.
Dr. Miller is passionate about helping patients and owners navigate the tough diagnosis of cancer. Specializing in veterinary oncology is more than treating cancer - it's about personalizing care that fits each family and being there to support each pet and owner. Her interests include lymphoid cancers, cytology, surgical oncology principles, and participating in clinical trials to expand cancer treatments for pets. When not at work, Dr. Miller enjoys strength training, watching sports (especially college football), reading, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and dogs.
